Shipping and payment terms
We work with various logistics service providers.
In this way, depending on the shipping location and the corresponding value, an individually suitable solution can be found for you...
Delivery / Shipping
The company Uhrboerse delivers goods - also possible partial deliveries - within 3 - 6 working days at the latest after receipt of payment by forwarding agency (transport of valuables). Bindingly agreed contracts and deadlines become ineffective if there are delays in delivery and performance due to force majeure or events that impede the delivery process, such as official orders, operational disruptions or strikes. This also applies to material procurement difficulties, even if these are on the part of the supplier. The buyer is obligated to accept the delivered and ordered goods if changes to the type and quality have been made at his express request. The buyer is in default of acceptance if the goods are rejected - or if he fails to accept them. If a further delivery attempt fails, the company Uhrboerse reserves the right to claim damages amounting to 20% of the order value (subject to proof of an expected or occurring increased damage for the company Uhrboerse).
Prices and shipping costs
For our goods published online, we reserve the right to change prices at short notice and to adapt them to new circumstances and discrepancies caused by error. Therefore, the prices published verbally or in writing for all our watches are non-binding.
The company Uhrboerse ships ordered watches within Germany, unless otherwise agreed, for a shipping fee of 30€. The flat rate includes packaging, shipping, postage and insurance per shipment. For deliveries outside of Germany, we calculate the flat-rate shipping costs individually according to the destination and the value of the goods.
Terms of Payment
After agreement on the type of payment, the goods will be delivered, unless otherwise agreed, against bank transfer, PayPal, credit card or direct debit. A different payment method can be agreed individually with the company Uhrenboerse. If the amount to be paid has been irrevocably credited to the account of the company Uhrboerse, the payment is deemed to have been made.
The following applies to default in payment: The company Uhrboerse reserves the right to demand interest of up to 5% above the current discount rate of the Deutsche Bundesbank (or the base rate of the European Central Bank). Further damage caused by default may also be asserted.
Retention or offsetting
If a counterclaim is to be offset or if a counterclaim is legally established, this entitles the customer to withhold or offset partial amounts. The right also applies if the counterclaim has been acknowledged in writing by the company Uhrboerse.
Retention of title
The goods are subject to retention of title until all claims of the company Uhrboerse from the business relationship have been settled. This means that the company Uhrboerse reserves the right to ownership of the goods until all claims have been settled - this also includes future claims arising from contracts that were concluded at the same time or later.
Uhrboerse can also reserve ownership if individual or all of the seller's claims have been included in a current account.
