This charming watch is a Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso: the special feature of this model is the rectangular reversible case, which was originally invented back in 1933 for polo players who wanted to wear their watch on the field as well and protect the watch glass from being hit. To do this, the players simply folded the dial over. Accordingly, the name of the watch line is self-explanatory, because Reverso is Latin and means "I turn". With its Art Deco design, the Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso conquered the world of watch lovers shortly after its release and survived even difficult times.
