This unique watch is an Aviastar Navitimer created by BREITLING. For more than 65 years, the Breitling Navitimer has been one of the most popular mechanical chronographs in the world. It is an absolute cult object among pilots and is considered to be the bedrock of all automatic chronographs. This icon has a bezel that can be revolved on both sides. In earlier times, without computer-controlled avionics, the multifunctional calculating disc served pilots in determining ranges (e.g. average speeds, climb and descent rates, etc.). Because of its aviation-grade functions, the Navitimer received an official recommendation as a pilot's watch, from the Association of Pilots and Aircraft Owners (AOPA).
